The Maroochy Neighbourhood Centre is taking the sleeper bus to Nambour starting mid-February, but they can’t do it without community support, for just $15 you can keep someone off the street for a night.
Funds raised from your generous donation help people facing homelessness sleep in a warm bed, have a friendly conversation, and have a safe space that restores dignity, comfort, and a sense of belonging.
Ted O’Brien MP is backing this initiative and is contributing the first two weeks’ worth of donations to help get the service established in Nambour, together as a community we can show support for practical, community-led solutions to homelessness.
